CEMR Joins European Commission's Clean Transition Dialogue: A Step Towards Sustainable Cities The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) has participated in the Clean Transition Dialogue hosted by the European Commission's Maroš Šefčovič Cabinet. Among the distinguished speakers at this event is Diana Pretzell, First Deputy Mayor of Mannheim, representing CEMR.
