Energy efficiency

The European Commission is holding its first annual conference of the Sustainable energy Europe Campaign, on 28/29 November, in Brussels. The conference offers key energy actors the opportunity to learn first-hand on the most recent developments of the EU energy policy.

 

The main speakers will include Andris Piebalgs, European Commissioner for Energy, as well as representatives from the European institutions and leading government officials.

 

The Sustainable energy Europe 2005-2008 campaign is a European Commission initiative. It aims to raise public awareness and promote the use and production of renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, clean transport and alternative fuels among individuals and organisations, private companies and public authorities, professional and energy agencies, industry associations and NGOs across Europe.
