11/10/2005 - Seminar on local and regional government in South-East Europe (14/15.10, Vienna)
The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) is organising a seminar on local and regional authorities in South-East Europe, on 14/15 October 2005, in Vienna.
The seminar will address issues such as financing local structures, and exchanges of experience between associations of local and regional governments.

On 14 October, speakers will focus on the current and future challenges for local and regional government, especially in South East-Europe.
On 15 October two workshops will be held:
. Cooperation in practice - exchange of experiences between associations of local and regional authorities
. The financing of local infrastructures: what support from the EU and donor organisations
