Youth unemployment - 10.03.2015
Local government, SMEs and trade unions: how they can jointly tackle youth unemployment? Join the conference next 16 March
How to boost youth employability in Europe? How can we improve education and professional training schemes to better meet their needs? How can local government, SMEs and trade unions come for a broader alliance to act together?
Despite several initiatives like Youth Guarantee or EURES, launched by the European Commission, youth unemployment remains dramatically high in the crisis countries. This is why our German section (RGRE), CEA-PME «European Entrepreneurs» and FES – Friedrich-Ebert Foundation invite you to address all these questions during a conference on youth unemployment.
“Europe’s Youth: For a better professional training, more mobility, youth employment and new entrepreneurs”, will take place on Thursday 26 March at the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the EU, in Brussels. Participants will include Members of the European Parliament, representatives from local government, European trade unions and entrepreneurs.
You can have further information and register through the website of CEA-PME «European Entrepreneurs».
