Governance and citizenship

The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) has produced a local and regional government manifesto that has been sent to all European political parties and all candidates to the next European elections.

 

The manifesto was approved by national associations of municipalities and regions from the whole of Europe; it lists local and regional governments' concerns and priorities on themes such as the European Constitution, public services, cohesion policy...
