Consumer satisfaction on services of general interest : an EU Commission survey
The European Commission has published the findings of a survey on consumer satisfaction about services of general interest.
The study was carried out in each of the 25 Member States between August and October 2003, but its finding were made public only recently. Its aim study was to better understand the factors underlying attitudes rather than to provide a statistical measure of them.
