The European Commission handbook to buy "green" available in various languages

The handbook "Buying Green! A handbook on environmental public procurement", published by the European Commission in 2004, is now available in all the official languages of the European Union.

Its main aim is to explain to local and regional governments how to integrate environmental considerations into public procurement procedures.
