Diversity and integration

The Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) and the European Federation of Public Service Union (EPSU) have published a study on social dialogue within local and regional governments of the new EU Member States.and candidate countries (Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Romania, Turkey).

 

The main aim of the study is to help strengthen employers-trade unions dialogue in the local and regional public sector of these countries.

 

It was compiled based on the responses to a questionnaire sent to CEMR member associations, EPSU members, trade unions, and employment experts in the relevant countries.

 

The publication is available in English, Polish, Hungarian, Estonian, Slovak and Turkish.
