If you want to exchange on the construction of Europe’s towns and cities, both literally and figuratively, come to the symposium of urban planning agencies. From 8 to 10 November, in Strasbourg, urban planners, local elected representatives and experts will get together and debate one question with many meanings: how should Europe’s cities build their future?
