“Once again, terror hits one of our cities. Our heart is bleeding for Manchester this morning”. In these words, CEMR secretary general, Frédéric Vallier, condemned the terrorist attack perpetrated in Manchester on the night of 22 May.

We stand united with the people, towns and regions of Britain, as well as our British association LGA, after this horrific attack. Our deepest condolences go out to the victims’ friends and families.
