Governance and citizenship

Administratel aims to transform and improve the relationship between citizens and administrations facilitating and enhancing transparency. It constitutes one of many services provided by the European Foundation for Information Society, an organisation declared as public utility, to promote and support the use of new technologies for public administrations of member countries of the EU.

Administrations working with Administratel introduce in its relationship with citizens a quicker and more direct communication through the latest technologies (electronic authentication, digital signature, steps and procedures on line ... etc) in a simple and complete way, reducing costs and delays.

It also allows, for example, the access to jobs across the European Union, complete paperwork or set up businesses.

Administratel aims to improve the relationship between government and citizens and the quality of life of the users of public services, providing the tools to learn, communicate and resolve efforts through advanced technological means, without previous knowledge on computers.
