Lithuanian towns explore innovative financing models at seminar in Vilnius
Which innovative financing models can towns and regions use for public building renovations in order to increase energy efficiency?
On 17 May 2016, elected representatives and other stakeholders from towns and regions gathered at a CITYnvest seminar in Vilnius, Lithuania to discuss just that.
This event was co-organised by CITYnvest and the Association of Local Authorities in Lithuania.

Italian towns and regions are invited to the next seminar on energy efficiency renovation in public buildings
CITYnvest is inviting Italian local and regional governments and stakeholders to a seminar to discuss innovative financing instruments for energy efficiency renovations in public buildings.
The seminar will take place in Milan, Italy, on Wednesday 25 May 2016 and aims to deepen knowledge through inspiring case studies from Italy and around Europe, identify barriers and how to overcome them, and encourage partnership building.

Innovative financing models: CITYnvest seminar in Lithuania
CITYnvest is inviting Lithuanian local and regional governments and stakeholders to a seminar to discuss innovative financing instruments for energy efficiency renovations in buildings.
The seminar will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 17 May 2016 and aims to raise awareness, demonstrate inspiring case studies, brainstorm with participants and encourage partnership building.

How can Latvian towns and regions fund the renovation of buildings? (CITYnvest event)
CITYnvest invites Latvian towns and regions to a conference to discuss how they can invest in the renovations of buildings despite potential obstacles, like budgetary restrictions.
The conference will take place in Riga on 23 February 2016 and it will be mainly addressed to Latvian towns and regions and local elected representatives, financial institutions, investors and energy service companies.

Does your city or town want to invest in the renovation of public buildings but lack the necessary funds (either coming from the banking sector or European funds)?
CITYnvest publishes a first guide with examples of financial instruments and action plans to help you succeed in your energy efficiency goals. -

New website goes live
Today CITYnvest launches its interactive on-line platform, which provides information on new ways of financing energy efficiency in buildings. The website (www.citynvest.eu) targets mainly European local authorities and aims to support them in development of bankable projects.

CITYnvest - 25.02.2015
We are looking for graphic and web developers
The project CITYnvest is planning to subcontract a graphic design and web development company. CITYnvest needs a holistic concept of graphic elements for both printed materials and digital media, as well as an on-line platform. The subcontracted company will be asked to develop a graphic charter, a design of promotional materials and a website.
The application pack is available in English and the submission deadline is on the 9th of March 2015.
